Space rental at The Gathering Place

Please note that all space rental agreements must first be scheduled through email before purchase is fulfilled.

For any space you rent, no matter the time block, you will receive an additional 30 minutes prior to event and 30 minutes post event for setup and teardown for no additional charge. (example: you rent the meeting room for 2 hours from 11-1pm, you will be charge the base price for those two hours but you will actually have the space from 10:30-1:30)

Decorative packages available for additional charge for any of the spaces

Rates are based per hour. The rooms are available 7 days a week starting at 8am. Discounted rates available for all day or week long rentals. 

The available rooms are as follows

The Party Room: 1000 square feet of space with raised floating wood floors. Bluetooth sound system attached to in-ceiling speakers. 6 foot rectangular plastic tables and black metal folding chairs available upon request. Room is a blank slate and can be set up and decorated in multiple ways. Perfect for birthday parties, wedding and baby showers, and larger get-togethers. Holds 50-60 people comfortably.                        *This room also has wall to wall mirrors that can be uncovered and used for a rehearsal space

The Meeting Room: 256 square feet of space with raised wood floors. The room is set up with a large oval table and chairs and decorated in muted tones with rug and other homey decor. Peg board wall is perfect for holding meeting notes, etc. This space comfortably holds 12 adults and is perfect for small luncheons, business meetings, or intimate get togethers.

The Media Room: 125 square foot carpeted room set up with small table and chairs, decorated shelves and small rug. Large window with lots of sunlight makes this a great filming space. Perfect for recording podcasts or for content creation. Mics, tripods, and lighting available for additional fees.
